The Last2Feet is not measured with a ruler but with the depth of relationship slowly shaped by active participation in the messy and transforming journey of another person
The LAST TWO FEET is a metaphor for the space where the character of a leader is exposed. The Coach and the Leader must occupy this tight space together. Within the close quarters of the “last two feet,” participants encounter uncomfortable and conflicting ideas, biases, shortcomings, blind spots, insecurity, and self-limiting beliefs. They also encounter safety, friendship, trust, shared experiences, and growth. Last2Feet Coaching is focused on inspiration, motivation, and in hope. Together we will discover and move forward with accountable and measurable action steps. We will identify and confront self-defeating belief systems that have convinced you why the next step is not worth the risk.
With Last2Feet coaching, EVERTYTHING is about to change!
You will develop authentic confidence and break free of the chains that keep you from leading and living authentically, reaching your professional potential and personal goals. Let's Go the Distance Together!
